Search: Complaint Outcomes

To search for complaints on a particular topic or media group, enter some keywords below, ensure “Complaint Outcomes” is selected in the Document Type box, enter a date range if you want adjudications from a certain period, and then click Search.

You can also refine your search by only including a particular type of complaint outcome. To do this, select one of the following options from the Outcome box before clicking search:

• Adjudicated: the Council issued an adjudication on the complaint;
• Resolved: the publisher took action (eg, provided an explanation, right of reply, correction or apology) which led the complainant not to proceed to an adjudication by the Council.
